I was diagnosed with Coeliacs Disease & have tried dozens of different types of gluten free bread & cakes, most of them ended up being fed to my chickens as I works rather not eat bread.
I then stumbled across Farmhouse Pantry Gluten Free & my life changed for the better.
The bread is amazing & the first I have found that can be eaten fresh with butter & doesn't need to be toasted.
My wife makes excellent pastry, which I can no longer eat. Nicky's pastry is equally as good & does not taste like a gluten free option.
