The chunky steak and chicken and leak pies are delicious, they've nailed the pastry! Lemon and poppies seed cake was fluffy and tasted like non gluten free cake 🙌 and the Caramel slice was 10/10! Definitely coming back.

The food is mostly ok at Gluten Free 4 U on North East Rd. Wouldn’t recommend the scones, hot cross buns or the muffins. The pies and plain frozen breads are much better standard. Went at lunch time today and there was nothing hot and ready to go in the pie warmer. Last time I went there was no plain bagels even though that is a frozen product that the stock levels can be planned for. That time I was told it would be approximately a month wait until the plain bagels would be available again. So it’s hit and miss whether they are going to even have the item you want to purchase. The biggest problem is the service. The aggressive level of upselling is going to make me look elsewhere for an alternative to buy gluten free food. Today when I questioned there being nothing hot and ready to go in the pie warmer they tried to sell me frozen pies multiple times after I’d said no as well as room temperature pizzas and pastries. Once you say you want to pay for your items they again ask if you want something from the tray that just came out of the oven, then once they give you the total cost they will say that you’re close to meeting the amount required to enter the competition and again ask you if you want to buy more food mentioning several more items that they think you might want. The previous times I’ve been in the store the service has been so slow even though there’s only one person in front of me because they are trying to sell people so many extra products that the customer never suggested they wanted. Even service today as the only person ordering was so slow because of being asked so many extra pushy questions to try to get me to buy things I don’t want. It feels disrespectful to be hassled so much to buy more instead of just grateful for my business and to move through the interaction swiftly without a whole lot of unnecessary pressuring. It’s not just one staff member that tries to excessively upsell either, it is a repeated problem with all of the staff members I have ever been served by here. Will be looking to go elsewhere as a result.

Heidelberg did our wedding cake for us and the service and care taken to ensure we received exactly what we wanted was incredible! Not to mention the cake was absolutely delicious. Our non-gluten free eating guests couldn’t tell the difference! It made it feel much more special cutting a cake with my new husband that we could both eat! We will be getting all of our future birthday/celebration cakes from here too!

Visited on a weekday it was at capacity. Their cakes and assorted baked products look visually appealing and delicious. They do bake gluten free cake. Worth a visit for a coffee or shopping for a cake for a special occasion this is the place to go.

The young was lovely very friendly and it's a wonderful little vegan cafe I had a lovely coconut milk cappuccino and my husband had a soy milk cappuccino we both also had very tasty gluten free sea salt brownies

Love this store. Am only visiting and my goodness this store carries the most GF food that I have ever seen in any store that I have been all around the country. So much to choose from. Would recommend highly of anyone who is a Coeliac that is in the region to check it out.

Best GF pastie I’ve ever had! Wish I’d thought to take some home to freeze. My husband loved his pie (full gluten) too Served by a couple of lovely efficient young people around 2pm on a Saturday. Good park across the road to eat at too. Highly recommend!

Gluten free pies unheard of at country bakeries yet there every time and are fantastic. The spinach pie is also superb. Kids enjoyed chicken burger and pie.

Gluten free was advertised online and in store however when we went in they said it was 18 mins until anything savoury gf would be ready, so we went away and came back later only to be then told they never had anything being prepared and they had no stock.

Used to come here often. I am not sure if it has changed hands, but what is on the shelves and in the fridges has certainly changed. I have Coeliac Disease. I must eat gluten free food or 1) I get so sick I have to go to hospital and 2) the damage caused by the gluten to my intestines sets me up for weeks of pain and puts me at much higher risk of bowel cancer. Eating gluten free is not a lifestyle choice. But nearly all the gluten free food is gone. I’m going to have to go somewhere else, along with the other 1 in 70 people in the community who have Coeliac Disease.

If you’re visiting Mt Gambier you must must must go here! We were staying in the nearby Pine Country campground (also excellent) and stopped in on our way out of town. The smell in there was divine! They have a great range of savoury and sweet scrolls (I saw cheese & chive and Oreo cookie scrolls) but to my surprise and delight they also had two gluten free scrolls! I tried the apple and cinnamon, it was one of the yummiest things I have ever eaten. I would come back to Mt Gambier just for these scrolls. Seriously. Just go there.

SO GOOD! I come here a lot as they have so many gluten free desserts. Every time the customer service is 10/10 the girls are always so nice. I always get the macarons and a cube as well. I would highly recommend. These aren’t like normal macarons they are 1000x better!

Located inside Norwood Place shopping Centre. Come here quite often and always had a good experience. They have a really good range of products and their fresh produce is really 'fresh' and good! Their specialty food range also second to none! there are lot of options for Vegan, gluten free, organic and sugar less items. They also got a huge nuts and mixes range! South Australian owned and operated and have seen them involve a lot in helping local community events etc., They have won lot of awards also including People's choice for range and freshness!

Tables dirty, it took 15min to serve us a couple of sandwiches and wrap and they were cold, even though the gluten free wrap was marked as "toasted only" option, but was not toasted ..

The staff were great. The coffee was excellent too. My wife loved the Gluten free salted caramel slice so much we had to go back for another 😉 I enjoyed the pepper pie. The pastry was light and well cooked. The pepper flavour was excellent. But the mince was a bit fine for me Definitely would go back 😉
