The pizza is made separately, and sits on an aluminum tray, not making contact with the pan. At home. We tested both the cheese and crust with gluten test strips. The results were negative: the threshold for a positive result is 15ppm. Which means no significant levels of gluten were found. A safe spot for celiacs.
