What a revelation! I am coeliac and haven't had fresh fish and chips for years. So glad we made the trip because it was 100% worth it. The fish was crispy and delicious, not anemic looking like lots of gf stuff is, and the chips were equally awesome and vinegary and salty and mmmmmm. God I need to go back right now. My mouth is literally watering. I really want to try some of the dessert fritters as well. They sound super yummy.
I gave it 4/5 for service because the counter is super high and you have to shout your order over it and I am quite short. I guess that made me slightly anxious coz what if the chef didn't hear me say gluten free. I feel like I would quite like to take along my IKEA kitchen step next time. Lovely apart from that tho.
My boyfriend had normal fish and chips and was equally impressed so whether you are gluten free or not, you basically cannot go wrong. Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
