When coming to Manchester, normally at the weekend I have noticed the federal cafes have a big queue outside.
As we were there on a Friday morning I thought we’d see if it wasn’t so busy.
We only had to wait 2 mins inside until we were seen.
The food and coffee were excellent!
Very easy to swap bread items for gluten free bread.
All the staff were fantastic ! Especially our server Christine she was lovely! We mentioned we were both a bit delicate from the night before and she gave us some coffee vouchers which were much appreciated !!
Will definitely be coming again next time we are in Manchester, what a lovely brunch spot! I can see why it always has a queue!

Great brunch spot. The queues are always really long so be prepared for that. They have gluten free options and the bread is toasted in a separate toaster. Staff are great with cross contamination.
