I chose the pizzeria ferro e fuoco for the gluten-free options. Excellent dough, the best I've ever eaten. Fast service despite it being Friday night. In the end I stopped to have a chat with the owner, very kind and truly passionate about the development of leavened products, and not only, gluten-free. The bill: 33 euros for 2 pizzas (both gluten-free and 1 lactose-free) + 2 large waters. For the work behind it and the result obtained, it is a more than fair price. Compliments, highly recommended
