I live in Viterbo, but if I go to visit my parents I can't go home if I haven't been to Filici at least once. Stunning location immersed in the greenery of the mountain, truly impeccable service in terms of quality and speed (my wife is Celiac, the waiter accompanied her throughout the meal, paying maximum attention to contamination or to her needs in general), and then you eat really well! All typical local dishes, cooked to perfection. As if that weren't enough, the prices are really low. It is places like this that give prestige to our land, that are a warning to other restaurateurs.
