Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

We dined here 2 days in a row, and Thad is the most amazing server ever. We could have talked to him for hours. This establishment is incredibly intelligent and knowledgeable for those with food allergies. Their menu is clear and concise, the manager comes to speak to anyone with allergies and kitchen prep is great. All gloves get changed etc. Celiacs are safe here :) food is amazing and my kids love the ribs. The manager, Kaitlyn was also amazing and so understanding.

I have Celiac and haven’t dined out in months. I went to FireBirds with my daughter tonight and was very impressed with the care that the manager took upon learning I had Celiac. He came over after our original waiter seemed annoyed and impatient with me. He doubled checked that was I ordered was safe . The lady at the front was also a sweetheart, she let us move tables after my daughter told her what happened. Our new waiter Markell was a doll, very attentive and friendly. The meal I had there was the first real meal I’ve had in weeks due to complications from my disease. I would recommend going for the tasty mashed potatoes & sirloin steak, and also if you also have a gluten sensitivity or Celiac:)
