Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

Some ladies and I met at Firebirds for a girl's luncheon. The food was great, but the service was even better. Our server, CJ, suggested we try the new summer specials and I think almost all of us got one. I have a gluten issue and CJ recommended I get the parm mash potatoes instead of the rice. I thoroughly enjoyed it! CJ is a charmer and made all of ladies feel very special. I look forward to returning and allowing CJ to spoil me.

Food was delicious and service was excellent. Sarah was amazing and was very knowledgeable. We ordered all the appetizers except the wongs and everything was delicious. The Tuna, shrimp an queso were the favorite. We had the grits, a sirloin steak, salmon & shrimp summer special, Colorado salad, and shrimp and strawberry salad and everything was a home run. Everything was 10/10. My only feedback would be that could do with more gluten free options especially dessert.

We recently had our office party at this restaurant and it was a fantastic experience. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and the staff were exceptional. From the servers to the manager and chef, everyone was friendly and accommodating. Our team really enjoyed the variety of options, especially for our gluten-free and vegetarian colleagues. The restaurant was clean and efficient, and the manager and chef even took the time to personally check on our table. We were extremely pleased with the level of customer service and will definitely be returning.
