I use to like this place and used them for catering a few times. But I will not be back after the service I received today. I took a co-worker out to lunch that is allergic to gluten. We made this clear at the time of order and they ensured us that they have a gluten free option. We paid and waited in line for 15-20 mins. The whole time there was a ton of yelling and chaos coming from the staff. You could barely understand what they were saying? Then finally they call my name and say sorry we gave away our gluten order? This just burnt the most of our lunch break and they made us a salad and called it even for the sandwich? It was a take it or leave it situation. I know lunch rush is a busy time, and things happen out of your control. But the way they handled it was unprofessional. I would think twice before stopping by for lunch.
