New to being celiac, I stopped eating subway years ago not realizing it hurt my stomach due to celiac so eating a sub YEARS later was amazing! It was light and fluffy for a GF bun.

If I could give 10 stars I would, I have celiac disease (severe gluten allergy) and they were incredible! So knowledgeable about cross contamination etc. and they have entirely separate cutting boards, knives, etc. for gluten free sandwiches. Plus their gluten free bread is so tasty. I will definitely be returning! :)
