Fireside Dining

Allergy Friendly for this gluten, soy, and dairy allergy!!! They do not have an allergen menu, as their menu changes often with the special of the day, but our waiter knew details about every piece on their menu. He walked me by each of the 3 stations and explained where the hidden gluten or dairy is, and it wasn't in much - mostly the obvious things like breads or cream chowder. And as for soy, he said it's not on their menu at all - no soy in the whole restaurant!! When I said I was also concerned with the dessert table having the fruit (which I can eat) next to the cookies and breads (and me being Celiac, cannot have a crumb of cross-contamination), the waiter went in the back and made up a plate of fruit for me. I ate a ton and it was delicious!!!

Come for the racalet, experience the other stations. There's always a hidden gem outside of the cheese. My only complaint would be the desert options aren't as fancy. They do have gluten free bread upon request and most items there are gluten free.
