First Round West

I have been to this location three times and I'm sad that this last time was such a miss for us. Our food was cold and not seasoned well, bread came out hard, and service was not attentive (we asked for ranch three times and had eaten all the food before they actually gave it to us). I won't be going back during their busy times. When they are not busy, the food comes out well and servers are generally attentive. On a different note, I love the variety of gluten free options (which is why I will continue to come here). They are safe for people with Celiac Disease - no long speech or millions of questions needed!

So disappointed… I love having so many gluten free options, but the food needs some work. I got the char-buffed wings (buffalo double dipped) and got undercooked and naked wings. Not a drop of buffalo sauce. The tots were fine. A little soggy from the drive. And the cheesecake bites that were more savory than sweet. Feel like I wasted $40.
