First Watch

We ate breakfast here twice while in Tucson. It was very clean with a menu that was very gluten friendly. My wife who is gluten sensitive was able to get gluten free toast at no extra cost which was very refreshing since we know from experience it is more expensive to buy. We had the works omelet with potatoes. While I normally prefer hash browns these were the best fried breakfast potatoes I remember ever having. Very tasty, not greasy and the onions were sweet a great combination. While my wife and I tend to favor family run hole in the wall places this chain was a real treat.

This was my first visit to First Watch. I was impressed with the menu options and also the consideration for gluten free. I had the gluten free avocado toast and a power bowl. Will definitely visit again.
