Love First Watch. Lots of egg options. Specials. Vitamin juices! Whole wheat bread; gluten free options. Very friendly attentive service. I’m not a fan of the ambient music which explains my “atmosphere” score. But outside of that, the atmosphere is great, cafe-clinking-mugs aroma of coffee … great place.

First Watch is fresh food with family style service. They are very attentive and have options for any food sensitive needs—just ask. The healthy options are plentiful with seasonal menus, and there is no limit to add-ons and substitutions. The gluten free quinoa power bowl was superb, as was the fresh juice options I tried. The location is convenient to I-20 or I-30 between several major cities, has ample parking and other retailers to visit. The tables, seating and bathroom were clean. I ate so fast that I didn’t get pictures, but everything was great.

Good daily Brunch menu, smooth coffee, and great service. I enjoyed the pumpkin pancakes, chicken sausage patties and Kale Tonic. Gluten free options for my wife is a bonus.
