LongHorn Steakhouse is a delicious addition to the Epic development around Mayfield/Arkansas & Hwy 161 in Grand Prairie. Thoughtful staff, a dedicated gluten free menu, and beautiful interior make me want to keep going back. It was a treat to be part of the ribbon cutting and grand opening celebration. I look forward to many meals with friends at LongHorn.

Salata is just a delight for gluten free diners. Lots of options, even most all their soups are gluten free. Also nice that they will add a bit extra if everything but the proteins. Great flavors!

First Watch is fresh food with family style service. They are very attentive and have options for any food sensitive needs—just ask. The healthy options are plentiful with seasonal menus, and there is no limit to add-ons and substitutions. The gluten free quinoa power bowl was superb, as was the fresh juice options I tried. The location is convenient to I-20 or I-30 between several major cities, has ample parking and other retailers to visit. The tables, seating and bathroom were clean. I ate so fast that I didn’t get pictures, but everything was great.
