If I could give this location all the stars in the sky for their service oriented-management, I would. A special thanks to their General Manager, David, for the compassion and "over and beyond" customer service shown. I have both gluten and dairy allergies. It was my first time in Pittsburgh for a wedding, no car, staying at a hotel in the city. After being made aware of an order mixup, David patiently listened, apologized for the mixup, and drove his personal car to deliver double the food that I had ordered to make sure myself and those that were staying with me had enough to eat, allergen free. I cannot say enough. God bless you. I will not forget the level of professionalism and kindness he offered us. Outstanding employee and job, First Watch!
