We were excited for new coffee in Knox and we enjoyed this! I was so excited to see they had gluten free muffins.. and they were VERY good. š Americano and cappuccino were very well done, and the Summer Thyme smoothieā¦ oh man. Any place with āgluten freeā and āorganicā on the menu is gonna get me excited and this is probably our new favorite spot. :)
