I have a gluten intolerance and they did a great job preparing my food. Got the cheeseburger on a lettuce wrap and fries. The burger patty was so good it didn’t even need bread. I’m not as sensitive as celiacs, so please use your own best judgement, but I didn’t have any reactions.
