Five Guys

It's 5 guys which says it all. Very helpful dealing with my gluten and lactose restrictions.

They made a small mistake on my order. When I complained about them not bagging the fries separately due to being for a person for gluten allergy and it was touching an order with gluten they weren’t willing to help. The guy Jose confirmed I had mentioned it was for someone with gluten allergy. After I insisted, the Hispanic lady got mad and threw everything on the trash and said they’d remake everything again. Another guy told me they had the order correct, meaning the lettuce wraps and I agreed. I told him again that the only issue were the fries and they didn’t have to be rude and take the whole order from my hands and throw it in the trash. Very rude and disrespectful behavior from staff.
