Atmosphere was a typical Five Guys. Restuarant wasn’t immaculate but there was evidence of cleaning going and it was fairly busy.
The ordering process is painful. Considering the restaurant is attached to Disneyland it was very difficult to explain my order to the non-English speaking member of staff. This is not a problem at all, I understand that I’m in a French speaking country - but it was uncomfortable for some of the party I was with who had allergies and asked to have their burger without the bun as they cannot have gluten. Fortunately a miserable team member came over to assist, barking at us “What do you want”. I felt sorry for the poor girl taking orders - and next time I’ll order online.
The burger itself was poor for five guys standards, especially considering that this location is considerably more expensive than most by virtue of the Disney tax. Not only was there a long black hair in it, which I sadly did not discover until I had eaten 50% of the burger but the burger was tepid and the the mayo was too diluted. I wasn’t impressed.
I contemplated complaining but I was really hungry anymore - more put off by the ordering p dining experience so I think I’ll give it a miss for the rest f my stay. Irritatating as I usually always enjoy a five guys meal, and am happy to pay for better quality.
I’m sure the hair was a one off and while I won’t return to this branch, I’m more annoyed
