We went as a family with a celiac person, and poor people don't know anything about it. We ask them if they can eat something, and since it represents that everything is contaminated, they give you the NATAMA menu, not hot or on a plate or anything, paying the same. Then we say, "but where does it heat up?" and they tell us that we have to heat it up in a microwave where everyone puts food with gluten. DisneyLand has a lot going for it but it doesn't have a clue about coeliacs. If you are celiac DO NOT go to restaurants, you will pay the same for an airplane menu.

Looking for gluten-free menus for our youngest who has an intolerance and doesn't eat too much, we were well received with our questions. It's not ideal because there are a lot of things with gluten, but the Fries cook in their dedicated appliance and you can find vegan and gluten-free ice creams there. Otherwise the nuggets and chili are excellent

The restaurant is well located, spacious and nicely decorated which is the major asset of this place. Good welcome by the person at reception. The restaurant only offers a menu for 55€, no matter how hungry you are, you have to order a starter, a main course and a dessert. Little choice of dishes in general and there was only one gluten-free starter and main option. For dessert, only ice cream is offered for people who cannot eat gluten (in the middle of winter...). Pretty tasty food. Basic service when one would expect a smiling and warm service considering the place.

The food is excellent in terms of taste and nutrition. However, the service needs improvement as they do not cater to those with coeliac disease and do not take precautions to prevent cross-contamination with gluten.

Amazing food, good ambience, not too busy. The staff is very nice and you get a good worth for the 45 euro half board! Tip: really book this restaurant the moment slots open up, it was really difficult to get a reservation here. They provide an allergens menu for celiacs, there are gluten free options available.

We had dinner here tonight and everything was delicious. My daughter and I had a bunless burger (we brought our gluten-free bread) and it was very good. The fries are homemade. We will return every time we come to Disney.

I have celiac disease and going to a restaurant can be very stressful for me. I didn't find any reviews of anyone suffering from celiac disease before going there, so it was a blind dive. I hope this comment can help some. First of all I really want to thank the staff who were attentive and found a solution. Indeed, I went there for breakfast and there was no mention that the menu of the Cinderella Inn is unique (that is to say that it is already set, we do not choose his dish from a selection). When booking it was also impossible to report my illness. So I armed myself with my medication, telling myself that I would choose the gentlest option for me. So a big thank you to the team for tinkering with my dish so that I could still enjoy it fully. It was a lot of stress finding out that I couldn't eat the dish, so thank you for insisting on modifying the dish so that I could still enjoy it. It's a very heavy situation and we never want to disturb, so it made me very happy. The only small problem was the hunt for hot chocolate. I am offered hot chocolate and I ask if they have any substitutes for cow's milk. The person tells me yes but since he deals with cow's milk he is not allowed to touch vegetable milk. Which is very cool, no contamination like that. So he promises to send me his colleague. That I'm waiting for a long time haha these are things that happen to forget and we are not the only ones here, so about fifteen minutes later I ask him if it is possible to have the promised vegetable milk chocolate. The waiter replies “Ha but we don’t have that here”. Well, I'm honestly surprised since 15 minutes before he offered it to me. So I asked him for an infusion instead but determined to get me my chocolate he left for the kitchen to come back 5 minutes later with...a cup of rice milk. Cold. It made me laugh, I admit. So I asked him if it is possible to make this cup of rice milk into chocolate. "Hot?" “Yes, if that’s possible.” In the end I got my chocolate haha it was the hardest chocolate to get in my life. The only frustration was seeing the staff doing their best while being afraid of asking too much or being disruptive. Once again, when eating it makes you sick your relationship with food is not the most peaceful. So it was a little complicated and it is difficult for a person with celiac disease to go and have breakfast at the Cinderella hostel, but the staff is always present and willing to find a solution. I had my meal at the same time as the others and it was really good. As good as this comment is long. I don't know if I'll go back for breakfast, maybe lunch: there seems to be more choice? But I am grateful to everyone who was able to make this experience possible (even if the price is a little high). What could have helped: being able to anticipate. Obviously, if I had known that the menu did not have several options, I would not have taken the risk of coming and having to wake up the entire kitchen. I would have chosen another experience. Being able to communicate in advance about my restrictions. I don't know if this is possible and maybe it's too much work for the staff but it would be nice if it was possible at the time of booking or later to indicate dietary restrictions. Thanks for reading!
