This was our first time there and spoiler, we WILL be back!! So start to finish: We arrived and the atmosphere was fantastic and lively with live jazz being played inside. It was kinda loud but meh, it’s worth it. We were quoted 30-45 mins and got sat within 14mins. Sweet tea to drink and it was yummy. I got the fried chicken, Mac & cheese, and green beans. Hubs got the shrimp and grits which was gluten free, as well as a side of their yams. When I tell you my husband was in HEAVEN. He said that’s the best shrimp and grits he’s ever had and the corn bread was fantastic. My chicken was moist and flavored wonderfully! The Mac and cheese was gooey and I was indifferent about the green beans. Our server was nice and didn’t hover but made sure we had what we needed. Definitely coming back to try new things!

Went with a large group for lunch. Service and food were fantastic and flavorful. One friend has celiac and was impressed with all the gluten free options they had to offer. Staff was very kind and welcoming. Everything we got to eat was great. Fried green tomatoes were perfect. Fried okra, stellar. I didn’t get the chicken, but several other people did and loved it. Huge portions. Delicious and great space, highly recommend!
