Appalling in every way.
We booked a table for family on Xmas day lunch buffet.
Absolutely disgusting food. Way overpriced. Shocking customer service and they deliberately overcharged us. He knew nothing about food allergies or that pasta had gluten in it.
The staff were all internationals who couldn’t have cared less about the Xmas traditions.
Accommodation providers in Hanmer have since told us that no one eats there and they don’t refer anyone to the restaurant and will be throwing away any advertising this year for the Xmas buffet. Many unhappy diners on Xmas day walking out.
Avoid this place.
