Flambé India - Libertyville

Flambe Libertyville is a nice Indian restaurant with great options for vegetarian, vegan, gluten free dishes. We visited on 12/7 and was pleasantly pleased with Tony's customer service throughout the time we were there from taking our orders to the final few minutes before we left. We ordered Samosa Beet feta which is by far the best Samosa combo I have tasted. Cardamom Cappuccino was a great selection from the drinks related to Christmas specials. Amritsari Fish Fry was well cooked and tasted delicious. I ordered Xacuti Vegetable which Tony said was a Goan style curry with flavor of Kashmiri red chillies and spices. We also had few other items from the menu like Raita, daily dal, chili paneer, garlic cilantro naan. The restaurant has a bar. There are plenty of parking spots available. Bathroom was clean.

Loved the food and the environment. Our server made great suggestions. The food was delicious. You can pick your spice level and they had a wide variety of dishes for any dietary needs. I liked that they clearly marked vegetarian, non-vegetarian and gluten-free. The portions were larger than normal Indian restaurants. The prices were reasonable, and it was not salty as many other Indian restaurants are. We will definitely be back.
