Absolutely disappointing experience, especially for those with special dietary needs like me. I am celiac and I asked for a gluten-free cone, but the staff showed no attention. The gentleman at the counter first touched a normal cone (with gluten) and then, without using gloves or washing his hands, he also touched the gluten-free one, contaminating it completely. In addition, without me having said anything, he replied: "Ch gust vuo?" as if I were doing him a favor. Zero professionalism and above all zero respect for those with a serious intolerance. If you sell gluten-free products, you must know how to handle them, it is not enough to write "gluten free cone" and then behave like that. A shame, because a little more attention would be enough.
