I wonder how it is possible that for years, in the center of Naples, they are the only ones offering gluten-free products. Extremely high prices and really poor quality of pastry.
I have been going to them for years. At the beginning I trusted them for two important events: my graduation and my birthday. Both experiences were a disaster.
The first time they completely forgot about the gluten-free order and I found myself with nothing. The second time, instead of preparing the millefeuille I had requested, I found myself with a sponge cake.
They have never shown the slightest interest in retaining the customer, in fact, the opposite.
Despite everything, in these years I have tried to give them other opportunities, stopping by every now and then to get a dessert. But it is always the same story: exaggerated prices and stale desserts.
Today, after not going there for six months, I decided to try the ice cream (never tasted before). The flavors were intact and the appearance left much to be desired and I should have realized it right away. The ice cream was not ice cream, it was cream. Time to go out and it has already melted. The “pistachio and Oreo” did not taste of pistachio or Oreo, I felt sick after eating it and I should have gone back and asked for a refund
3.50 euros.
I swear, this time it is too much. I will never set foot in there again.

Absolutely disappointing experience, especially for those with special dietary needs like me. I am celiac and I asked for a gluten-free cone, but the staff showed no attention. The gentleman at the counter first touched a normal cone (with gluten) and then, without using gloves or washing his hands, he also touched the gluten-free one, contaminating it completely. In addition, without me having said anything, he replied: "Ch gust vuo?" as if I were doing him a favor. Zero professionalism and above all zero respect for those with a serious intolerance. If you sell gluten-free products, you must know how to handle them, it is not enough to write "gluten free cone" and then behave like that. A shame, because a little more attention would be enough.

The girl spoke things to me in Italian (which of course I didn't understand, but I could understand that it wasn't good) in a low voice so I couldn't understand/hear her, just because I asked her about gluten-free options and asked for a flavor to try. When we first arrived to Capri, this place called our attention and we decided to try it. We stumbled upon this hidden gem by chance - who knew this ice cream shop transformed into a restaurant at night? The place was quiet, which suited us perfectly. After a quick scan of the menu and confirmation from the waiter that they could accommodate gluten-free options, we were sold. We opted for pizzas, and my wife was over the moon to find out that all the pizzas on the menu could be made gluten-free. I was thrilled to spot a Hawaiian pizza on the menu - one of my favorites! Both pizzas were fantastic, and my wife declared hers the best she's ever had. When she's happy, I'm happy! Thanks for a wonderful dining experience - we'll be back!

Gelato served out of metal bins. It means you can’t really see what is inside, and it was really crowded. We had pistachio, basil and pineapple, dark chocolate, orange and mango and lemon crème.
Pistachio-really creamy, nutty, sweet and tasted like a scoop from heaven. It was probably one of the best pistachio ice creams I’ve ever had in my life.
Basil and pineapple-slightly sour and extremely refreshing. It tasted very much like basil but lacked in pineapple.
Dark chocolate-it tasted extremely bitter, and was not to our taste.
Orange and mango-it was sweet, slightly tart and tasted very much of mango and orange.
Lemon crème-rather plain, just crème and a bit of lemon.
Overall, the flavours are average with the occasional exception. The presentation looks great but I there are definitely better ice creams. They also are quite flexible, with gluten-free cones as well! I recommend but other ice cream shops are worth a shot too!
