HOW DISGUSTING. IF YOU ARE CELIAC AVOID THIS PLACE! At the checkout I ask if the gluten-free flavors are always the same or if they have something particular, the cashier confirms that they have other flavors including caramel. Let's get the receipt and I'll go check the flavors. I see that there is caramel but there seems to be some sort of crumbled biscuit on top, so I ask the ice cream man (a rude boy in his twenties) "excuse me but is there biscuit on the caramel?" Without even looking at me, he puts a teaspoon in a bowl and eats it. (I don't know, but is it normal?) After asking, he says "yes, can't you tell?" However, there are no particular flavors going around and around and I ended up with the classic hazelnut and pistachio. (By the way, the pistachio was also bitter) You are ashamed that in order to sell you lie to those who would only like to eat an ice cream in the grace of God.

I give one star for the very rude employee in his 50s with thin glasses who, after handing him the receipt with the words "celiac cone", gave me a normal one and I only noticed it at the end when he put the wafer on it . when I pointed it out to him, he started yelling at me because "I didn't tell him" (it was literally written on the receipt) and he should have thrown away the ice cream and made it again because of me (literally his mistake). I'm sorry because he could have simply apologized, made the ice cream again and not been so arrogant and rude. As a fast food waitress, I would never allow myself to speak like that to a customer.
