I have celiac and I’m constantly on the lookout for high quality food that I can trust and that’s exactly what you’ll find at the Flourless Bakery! They have a huge selection of delicious gluten free baked goods and everyone there is so nice! My husband and I come in almost every weekend to try something new. It’s truly an amazing spot for baked goods if you have allergies - we love it!

Nestled in a hidden corner of Main Street in Placerville, there's a charming little bake shop called Flourless that you absolutely must visit! Let me tell you, their cinnamon roll is beyond delicious. It's not just any cinnamon roll, it's gluten-free too! Talk about a win-win! They have a whole gluten-free extravaganza going on there. You've got to try it out! The only thing I wish they had was coffee or tea to go with it, but no worries, you can find that at a few other nearby spots. So what are you waiting for?
