Mother Earth Plate with steak was great – so delicious and flavorful! Even my picky kids enjoyed the gluten-free mac and cheese!

As I get older, I become more and more concerned about how healthy my lifestyle is. This place is health-conscious without sacrificing the food quality or flavor! Love that they clearly mark their GF and Vegan options. Plenty of patio seating and great athmosphere. Superb service and prone to details. The staff is super friendly. Hard to recommend one dish. From their Brussels sprouts to their bowls or wraps… we love every item in the menu here. Try their kombucha! Their gluten free cookies are one of the best in San Diego!! One of the best healthy places in the area, with fresh nourishing food.

It was me and my husband's first time coming to the restaurant. It wasn't planned we needed to get some breat for my mother in law at Milton and thought hey let's see if they can accommodate us with food allergies we have and a strict diet. We went in, and the menu looked good. And they did accommodate us. I will tell you the patience they had for both of us was amazing. The customers in line were amazing the patience they had for us. Especially me I had to be careful with each ingredients. No soy, tamari , any kind of oil, Tofu, eggs gluten egg. Their shrimp was great for this place. It was great amount of size for the price. Their sunflower oil and olive oil was perfect. Their food was AMAZING the staff were AMAZING. I wasn't sure if I was going to leave with what I ordered. Thought I was going to keep ordering lol. Thank you for everything, thank you for the great food. See you again for sure. Keep it going. We live about 1.5 hours away and it is worth the drive when we come back just for you.
