BEST GLUTEN FREE PIZZA EVER. My wife has celiac and this place has, by far, the best gluten free pizza we’ve ever had. I can eat gluten and couldn’t even tell this crust was gluten free. 10/10 amazing. The other food is also fantastic. We also tried their gluten free gnocchi and enjoyed it. Pictures: gluten free pizza. It was so good, we actually double checked it was actually gluten free.

what a fantastic little jewel this place is. The menu was buried and looked delicious. The ingredients are organic there’s no gluten everything from the water. They serve to the tea is made for health. The owner was visiting and she’s a nurse and believes that people should have good nutrition, most of the people in the restaurant were Vietnamese and that says something to me because it taste very authentic. I don’t know how she does it but you’ve got to go see the magic.

The best food around! I love the Village Roll and Krab roll. The best Vegan and Gluten Free sushi I've ever had. I drive 45 minutes to come to this restaurant and it's totally worth it. The atmosphere is lovely, the staff is friendly and appreciative. I highly recommend!!!

This is our favorite Italian restaurant in the San Diego area. The staff is extremely attentive and accommodating. They make you feel welcomed, and the food is absolutely delicious! My partner has celiac disease, and he can finally enjoy pasta without worrying about getting sick. We will definitely continue to come back to Cesarina!

The BEST gluten free pizza I have ever had! Plus the husband and wife owners were both working and incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. I had the BBQ chicken pizza and the Italian Cheese Dip - both were super delicious! We even got free samples of desserts before we left. Make is a MUST if you are in San Diego!
