Flux Restaurant and Bar

Always 5 star food!!!!! We've been multiple times and it still impresses us. Recently had flux style oysters and I was in awe! I didn't realize how much better a plain raw oyster could get! The Asian salad has an amazing dressing with light heat and high quality sprouts and veggies with a perfect combo of the thin rice pasta (can't remember the exact term used for the kind of pasta) Steak frites on the wilted green combined with hand cut fries is SO good. I was pleasantly surprised how tasty the greens were. My partner had their rabbit special with house made pasta and he was in love. The cheese cake is so yummy and I love it is a gluten free option. A recent dessert special was tiramisu and cannoli and my partner said it was the best canoli and tiramisu he's ever had!!! We love the berry spritzers altho not a fan of the taste of a paper straw. Would love to have a plastic option or glass. My only downside to this place is I'm not a fan of their water options. Tap water does not taste good to me and not a fan of the sparkling water option myself. I'd love to see Saratoga water at this place!

Really creative and delicious food! I found most of their menu to be gluten free and they even have a separate frier for gluten free needs. Worth every penny!
