We stopped here on our way through to the Smoky Mountains because their menu had gluten-free options for my friend with celiac disease. When we got in the actual restaurant, we found out that they don't use a separate gluten-free food prep area or fryer, so her options were much more limited than we thought. The staff was extremely friendly, though, and thankfully, she was able to piece together a meal. I ordered the butcher's bowl with potatoes. It had good flavor, and the potatoes were extra crispy, but it was a little heavy-handed on the sauce. If it had been about half as much sauce, it would be something I would order again.
