It's a shame that a bakery with so much history in Ribes that has managed to reinvent itself with gluten-free products and with a workshop that makes such a variety has such unfriendly staff and so little tact with the public.
We had always gone there when they were a small bakery a little higher, and the service was always correct.
Now very young staff who seem to be doing you a favor when serving you. You can tell that they are sick of tourists, but in a place like this I think that attention is basic for the customer to come back.
