We went last Friday for lunch, we are gluten intolerant and to find a restaurant with an almost 100% gluten free menu is a wonder. The food is very good, even for non-coeliacs, the spectacular seafood and meat paella and the lamb too, with more than enough quantities. Crazy desserts. Apart from the food, they have a staff of 10 who make you feel very welcome. Super correct quality/price.

We were on vacation in Palamós and had lunch here several times. The crepes are very good and they have gluten-free options for celiacs! In addition, the crepes are large and for the price they have a very good quality/price/size ratio. With one you eat very well. And they have a lot of filling, I loved the one with sweet ham, cheese and egg, what a delight. Plus, they have super cool cappuccino and I love the atmosphere on the terrace, the super comfortable armchairs.

Ok to eat here for celiacs. My daughter ate the pasta carbonara and salads and did great! The food took some time to cook but that was due to the caution taken by the chef. ALL of our food (non-gf too) was excellent. We highly recommend La Gritta; proximity/views to beach/port can’t be beat!

They have gluten-free cannelloni, pasta with two different types of sauce and 3 types of pizza (4 cheeses, ham and tuna. The cannelloni costs 15.90, and they come in a small quantity, the idea would be to order something as a starter but everything else has cross contamination, it is better to order the psta or the pizza

Great address for very varied and good quality tapas! No waiting for the children (once you have a table...!) everyone will help themselves and re-serve whenever they want, it's really nice and friendly. At the end the waiter counts your little spades and that's it! We really liked it. Although there is no indication concerning allergies, I found what I liked there being celiac. A lovely lady was able to answer my questions and advise me, which I really appreciated and everything went well!

What a shame the treatment received... we think it was the person in charge or the owner could not have been more rude, they have the option to order by wats where you request pizzas and say the collection time (order time 19:45, sun hour. tendered collection 20:30h, delivery time 20:50h) when complaining if there had been any problem with bad manners they tell us that at least wait 15 min... man then No!… except that nowhere does it indicate that you have a €3 supplement to order gluten-free pizza… to NOT go back there… pizzas 4/10
