They only have 2 items that aren’t gluten free here. This is the fourth time I’ve had their food. I always forget to post. At first I was skeptical about eating plantains with meat. It turned out to be a great combination. I’m not much of a spicy person. It did have a tiny bit of spicy heat to it. That’s just my opinion. The sauces they out on the bowl complement the meal. The bowls have so much food. It’s a good ratio of meat to veggies and rice. This photo is of the Beef Bowl Combo. It includes the bowl, a side (I got yucca fries) and a drink. I will always eat here when I visit this mall. I have celiac disease, so it’s gluten free for me, and I’ve personally not gotten sick eating here. That’s just me though.

Love eating at 4Brothers everytime we come to the mall. I’m gluten free and they always hit the spot.

My families go to spot at the mall. It’s cheap, healthy, but still super tasty will all kinds of meat. Their fries are gluten free because their fryer isn’t contaminated with any friend chicken. 10/10
