Frank's Pizza & Pasta

Worst experience and my expectations weren’t high at all. I used to come here when I was young after football/cheerleading practice or games and there was a guarantee of quality food especially pizza! The service to begin with sucked, there is no official menu in the store. The store has no AC and the fans are only in the back. There are free refills when you dine in but that would come with a heat stroke! I order 1 large cheese pizza and 1 gluten free pizza. They completely forgot about the gluten free pizza which was for my child.. so no I will not eat before my child. After waiting for the pizza to finish, the large cheese pizza and fries were cold and hard. The worst part is that the staff in far back thought it was funny! The men stared me down like I was meat, a very disgusting feeling! I don’t know if management is the same from the 90’s but I would totally leave this place to the hood! I won’t be back… side note, pricing is high for what USED to be authentic Italian.

The few times I ordered pizza from this place were disappointing. Very dry, burnt, thin crust with almost no cheese and the extra toppings are crazy expensive. I also had to order a gluten free pizza once for an allergic person and it was the saddest pizza I’ve ever seen! Won’t make this mistake again. The competition place across the street is way better!
