the best gluten free pizza i’ve had in my life and it’s an authentic Napoleon style! the owner is so nice and checked on us our first time as gluten free diners, the pizza is prepared separately but there is gluten in the kitchen so keep that in mind ~ i’ve never had a reaction at verde or had a reaction with delivery - highly recommend!
Delicious celiac-safe authentic Sardinian cuisine! The pasta was so delicious and they brought gluten free bread for the table. They have gluten free items marked on the menu and have gluten free dessert options too!

Best gluten free pizza I’ve had since going gluten free. Wish it was a little more affordable, but understand the cost due to the high quality of the imported flour. Definitely recommend!
Best gluten free experience in baltimore! Daniel was awesome! He was very knowlegdeable about the gluten free options and was aware of cross contamination. Both my sister and i have celiac and they were very accommodating! 10/10 would reccomend. The food was fantastic!

We recently saw Cosima on TV and decided to try somewhere different for date-night.. When we saw that they offered so many GF options, we couldn't wait to try them out. She had the GF version of the Pizza Memento and gluten-free bread as an app. I had the Gamberi Al Forno and Pizza Salumi. Everything was delicious! We'll definitely be back.
Love their gluten free menu! They have great options for our family members with celiac disease. Kids and adults enjoy the GF selection and they even have gluten-free dairy-free items that are delicious!
Thank you for taking allergies and dietary restrictions seriously while still maintaining a great selection of delicious options.
Additionally, the staff is very friendly!!
Chicken wings are not cooked all the way. Gluten pizza is not cooked all the way. 2 meatballs the size of a golf ball for 9 dollars but only 6 dollars if you add to your meal. Buffalo wing are seasoned and oily. Can't say the price for the quality are on par. Can't recommend. Tried to call back and talk to them. Got put on hold and no one came back to the phone.
Fantastic Italian themed restaurant with delicious food and friendly service. Great place for a family celebration or just a quiet dinner with your partner. Always wonderful service from the entire staff. Our son is Gluten Free and the chef comes out to talk with my son and ensure us that he is paying attention to his needs.
Having a gluten and dairy allergy makes it very difficult to get takeout food; especially Italian food. This restaurant went out of their way to make sure the food was both gluten and dairy free. The person who answered the phone checked with the kitchen more than once and was very patient with our questions. They made the penne pasta dish without butter and left the cheese off the pizza and the food was delicious. Outstanding service.
I took my family tonight for restaurant week. We were immediately greeted and seated. Our server came over quickly and was attentive but not too much. The menu was extensive and the choices were outstanding. My young grandson was with us who needed a gluten free option. The server was able to help with an excellent option. The food was great as was the service. We all highly recommend Luna Blu and we will be going back again in the near future.
They have gluten free pizza that they can make on a separate pan to avoid cross contamination and a dedicated fryer for delicious fried brussel sprouts!

Fantastic pizza spot. Well suited for our gluten-free, vegan cadre of 9 people post-aquarium. The pizza was delicious. Crust was bready (with gluten) and crispy (gluten free). Great toppings spread. Inviting atmosphere, especially the upstairs. Owners were really accommodating -- we walked in with, again, 9 people, and they were able to seat us with truly impressive charm. Thanks!
I live nearby and frequent Zella’s very regularly. Their pies absolutely do not disappoint! Cheese is always excellent. Two or three crusts to choose from (including cauliflower and gluten free crusts) and many topping choices.
Their bar is great, with draft beers, plenty of wine, and other beers/etc in the coolers. Bartenders are always friendly and engaging, and actually aware of neighborhood events! Baran, Rasul, and Luis are my favorites!
The St. Magnus is my current favorite pizza! It’s so much deliciousness into one amazing meat salad 😂
Exceptional meal and service. Offers a great range of gluten free food which tastes amazing. Staff are very accommodating and there was a great atmosphere. When in Frederick, put this restaurant on your list of things to do!!!
God this place is so good. All the flavors of an Italian restaurant with a side dish carryout when you don't have time to eat in. Love this place. Also wife has Celiac and haven't had an issue with them. So wonderful to have gluten free options on pasta dishes.
The night was cold and miserable, but the moment we entered La Scala, all that was left behind. It is a warm and inviting environment where comfort food is the default option everywhere on the menu. My wife has celiac disease, and they handled that obstacle like a minor pothole in the road, even assured us that in a world Swimming in homemade pasta, their gluten free area was safe from cross contamination. We predictably eat well and have a wonderful experience every time we enter their doors.
This is the only place for me! The owner is a great guy, plus all of the staff is always A+ service. The outdoor dining, the gluten-free options - pizza! Sinatra is always croning as you slip back into another era.....Where am I? Sicily in 1963?.....
The gluten free pizza is easily one of the best I've had and I've had it from coast to coast.
Regular, non-GF pizzas were solid all around. The linguine with spicy tomato sauce was very good as well. The table bread was excellent as well; so easy to eat too much.
*Update: 12 hours after meal, still no gluten symptoms!*
Very gluten friendly. Had a pizza. Our waiter, Diego, seemed knowledgeable about gluten issues and asked if it was an intolerance or an allergy. I'm pretty sensitive and I didn't have any issues after my meals. Will definitely be coming back! Not going to lie, I get sick most places that claim to offer gluten free pizza. NOT HERE!
There are GF options that include entrees and salads in addition to pizza. Website mentions that they worked with the GIG (gluten intolerance group) to develop kitchen procedures, which is why we decided to go there.
We had a great meal here! We were a party of 5 on a Friday night and the service from Shannon was great! We started with their monthly wine special which was a steal at $35 for a reserve bottle of Montepulciano. I am gluten free and was offered housemade GF bread that was literally some of the best GF bread I have ever had. The menu also had many GF choices including salads, entrees, pastas and desserts. I chose Chicken Marsala with GF penne and it was delicious! The others at our table had lasagna. Chicken Parm, and a seafood pasta. For dessert, we had carrot cake, coconut pie and lemon dessert that was GF and the table favorite. For 5 people, bottled wine, salads, entrees and 3 dessert it was under $200-great value!
Our server, Erin, made us feel like we were not a burden even though 5/6 of us were gluten free and three of us have celiac disease, typically rendering eating out very unsafe, if not impossible. Rafael, the chef on duty that day, came to talk to us and custom made pretty much all of our meals to ensure they were celiac safe. I want to shout from the rooftops so other celiacs will give Maggianos a try. It only took about 20 minutes for our food to come out, too. Custom made celiac safe Mac and cheese and he even made a custom sauce so that the chicken piccata would be safe for me (I have celiac and a corn sensitivity). I was so impressed and we all left feeling like it was a life changing experience to have such a nice restaurant to be able to go to when we want to go out to dinner. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Maggianos Annapolis! We will be back over and over!!!
The restaurant location is a little obscure and a bit hard to find. Once we arrived, we were surprised by the diner like decor of the restaurant and how empty it was.
Super super impressed with their ability to accommodate gluten-free options! We ordered appetizers and entrees - overall, the food was delicious, very well prepared, & good size portions. The kitchen turned around the food orders quickly.
The service was definitely lacking. Our server was a bit nutty, had an attitude, and had to be reminded of segments of our order. Don't appreciate feeling like we are inconveniencing him for having a 7pm reservation. If that was later than he wanted to stay, then they should stop taking reservations beyond 6 pm. I don't think our expectations were high for service - just looking for our server to be nice. Eye rolling when taking our order is not professional nor respectful.
While the food was great, I'm not sure we will return...too many good restaurants in the area that care about customer service.

Nonna Angela's was very cozy! We got seated quickly- we didn't reserve ahead and were a fairly large party (5 adults and 2 small children) and although they had a reservation for about the same size coming up, they were able to seat us together for 1 hour. As a desisive group, we ordered quickly and received our food quickly. The service was great, and even with the time constraints we didn't feel rushed or anything. Our server was friendly and helpful! I appreciated having a clear set of options for Gluten Free, so I was able to pick a meal without having to ask a bunch of questions. And the food was fantastic! I enjoyed a Gluten Free Penne Mamma and my husband enjoyed a Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. Our kids had spaghetti with meatballs and a chicken tender meal. Our family really enjoyed our visit! I will definitely go back!
First of all, don't believe that there are no Gluten Free options in Ocean City. This small, super clean, super nice restaurant does! Actually, they are a bit over the top, check the pics on my wife's spaghetti to go. It came with everything on the pics and the salad. (She said the bread was absolutely professional) My GF pizza is there too, which was pretty good. Great food and great service.
The few times I ordered pizza from this place were disappointing. Very dry, burnt, thin crust with almost no cheese and the extra toppings are crazy expensive. I also had to order a gluten free pizza once for an allergic person and it was the saddest pizza I’ve ever seen! Won’t make this mistake again. The competition place across the street is way better!
SUMMARY: Excellent food, good service, pleasant setting and numerous low-carb/gluten free and vegetarian options. Vegans can eat well here, too. Highly recommended.
DETAILS:
Fabulous food — just about everything I’ve tried has been a knockout. The seafood is impeccable (I’ve had terrific salmon, shrimp and mussels), delicious pasta sauces and the best zucchini noodles I’ve ever tasted. I don’t know how Fontina Grille does it, but the zucchini noodles have the weight, texture and “mouth feel” of pasta.
There are ample choices for vegetarians and vegans can eat well here, too. Expansive interior and good service.
It's a nice little pizza shop for friends and family. The pizza isn't 100% NYC-style, but coming up from Raleigh, NC to visit peeps, it was close enough to enjoy a near real deal experience with a thin crispy crust, excellent mix of cheese, and a tangy sauce. The gluten free pizza order by one of our party was soupy, but tasty. Both lies needed another 60 seconds in the oven. Nice staff, just busy to the point I didn't get a needed drink refill. Still, I'd go back, and recommend it for a casual night out where catching up on conversation with old friends is on the menu.
I've been here twice and this is the best pizza I've had in years, if not ever. The signature sauce is unbelievable. My wife really likes the gluten-free crust.
I absolutely love Tagliata. They have the best gluten free pasta and take precautions to make the dishes safe for celiac. Honorable mention to their pasta bolognese - it’s so good!!
This place was amazing. I am allergic to wheat and dairy. Since it was a new place to me and it was busy, I got plain gluten free pasta with marinara. But in the future I may try to see what other ingredients would be safe for me!
As soon as I said I had an allergy, they went down the line to notify all the chefs, even on the receipt it noted the allergy.
The gluten free pasta was cooked perfectly (and safely), and the marinara had wonderful flavor.
I will definitely be back and try a fancier gluten free/dairy free pasta!
My wife and I were in town on a short business trip and decided to try Gregorio’s. The entire experience was stellar, my wife is on a gluten free diet and their menu has dozens of options. The food was fantastic, big shout out to Melo for his hospitality as well as giving me the tiramisu and cheesecake since I couldn’t make up my mind. Highly recommend!
Love the food and the service. The servers hustle and never leave you waiting. One of the best cheese steaks around with the BEST toasted roll. The crab pretzel exceeded our expectations. They also have gluten free options.
Ordered a gluten free pizza with sausage, mushrooms and olives. 23 dollars for essentially a small pizza with 3 toppings. Come home right across the street, pizza is soggy, hardly any meat at all on it. Overall disappointed with what I got for that price. I would maybe understand if it was busy, but it was dead. Just frustrating because the pizza has been on point in the past. Anyways, maybe it was a flop, but I kinda wished I had driven to Rocco's in Annapolis at this point.
I organize a dinner group and we are at 3.5 years now for the 4th Tuesday of every month! I am glad I picked the Olive Grove for Feb. 25th! We started out at the bar with our party of six. We all had wonderfully made beverages by Britany. As it got closer to 7:30pm she offered us a table in the bar area which worked out perfect. (and a great view of the Caps game!) One person in our party has a gluten allergy and she knew ALL the options of what could be done to accommodate him! Even gluten free pasta! He ended up with GF crab cake and loved it! Britany was very on top of things and was able to split our bills with no issues. Everyone enjoyed their meals!! We'll be back for sure. Personally I will say that my crab cake & string beans were lukewarm as best. That could be improved upon. The decor is dated and could use some updates. The old holiday lights on the patio need to be removed. Curb appeal is everything! Thanks again - and like I said we'll be back!
The place has great atsmophere. All the staff are friendly and provide great service. The food is Excellent and they also off gluten free options and are very good with handling celiacs.
the food is good, our Italian friend always wants to go here and says it's as authentic as you get around there. ive only been for lunch a handful of time but its usually not crowded. some vegetarian options, not many vegan or gluten free.
