We hadn’t been back to this restaurant for several months. In the past we’ve always had a good meal. Today was no different, but there was one glaring problem.
The calamary appetizer was a special, and it was great. The portion was large, and it was cooked perfectly.
We ordered the New York strip steak and gluten-free pasta, which is made in house with Boar Bolognese.
The NY Strip Steak was cooked perfectly and served with grilled peppers and roasted potatoes was thoroughly enjoyed.
This was some of the best gluten-free pasta. I’ve had out at a restaurant! I should add so we didn’t get it this time they make it absolutely excellent gluten-free pizza
The big problem was our entrées came out, almost immediately after our appetizer did. We then had to choose which we were going to eat while something else got cold. This is really a problem with the wait staff and the kitchen, not communicating where we were in our meal before bringing out the entrées.
Aside from that hiccup, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the restaurant, would not hesitate to come back again, or tell others to do so.
The only difference we would make, would be we would order appetizers and wait to order the entrée to ensure there is proper timing between the two courses.
