Went today ...No sign asking to wait to be seated. Few people queuing well over 10 mins.
No staff on front desk so all waiting went to seat themselves, my group included.
After a while a server came and asked why we were seated and if someone had seated us as they were only taking bookings and we could not order or eat there?
Same happened with others seated even though there was lots of empty tables and no signs on tables stating reservations/bookings only?
Anyhow most of the customers who were rudely sent away went to other restaurants in the food area, some to Fridays where we ended up.
Have to say service was impeccable,had varied gluten free, didn't have to wait even though it was very busy. Food delicious. Lovely,friendly helpful staff.
Frankie and Benny's ?? Your loss...your rude servers are losing your company money...won't be going here again and I'm sure others refused service won't either.
