As someone with celiac, its a relief to find gluten free options while traveling & to have it be fish & chips was a bonus

Unbelievable gluten free, celiac safe food. We had both the calamari and halibut gluten free. The celiacs in our family had no reaction as they use dedicated gluten free fryers. I’m not gluten free and it still was the best fish and chips I’ve ever eaten. Whether or not you have a gluten restriction, Freddy’s is not to be missed!

this place was awesome! stopped by on our drive through longview and was so impressed by the gluten free options. gluten free clam chowder, fried calamari, fish n chips, prawns, and buns for burgers! they even have a separate fryer for gluten free patrons. what a hidden gem! thank you much- will be back if we are ever driving though again :)
