Free Bird Table & Oyster Bar

We ordered pick up from this restaurant tonight, as we were staying in the hotel. When I was ordering over the phone, the girl was helpful but did not know that beyond meat chicken is NOT gluten free. If I didn’t know better I would have agreed to it and would have got very sick because I am a celiac. I explained that I’m sure it’s not gluten free and proceeded to google it, she finally offered to check with the kitchen and came back to say it wasn’t a safe option for my dietary restriction. Then later, My husband picked up an order for the two of us, and he tipped during payment. While he was leaving one of the girls commented on the tip “ wow a whole $12.00”. As far as I’m concerned we picked up the food and a tip isn’t mandotory, the audacity to comment out loud on something like this is unbelievable. The bartender was very nice when we picked up our food though!

Best gluten free fish and chips I‘ve had in a VERY long time. Perfectly cooked fish and very generous portion. Dedicated GF fryer so no cross contamination. We also ordered the oysters which were amazing.
