I've always been a fan of Freebirds but it's been a while since I've been to one since I don't live in Texas anymore. I'm eating less meat, so I tried a Freebird burrito.on a gluten free tortilla with their vegan (non-soy) cherizo and a slew of their add-ons. While it's not quite as flavorful as a regular tortilla burrito with hamburger or steak, it was still very good. I would definitely eat that meal again and add their hot sauce as I burn down the burrito. I'm always impressed at how progressive Freebirds is and yet still maintains their original style and character.
