The only place in town with reliable GF cheesey bread or breadsticks. Most menu items can be made GF if you ask since they make their own GF dough in house.
By far, my most all-time favorite restaurant! Their food is absolutely delicious. The gluten-free options are endless. I’m never unhappy with my order.
I highly recommend the steak, gluten-free mac & cheese, and the kung pow cauliflower.
I was excited to return here after not having been for awhile. I have celiac disease and am always grateful for allergen friendly places. However, the server seemed sarcastic, like I couldn’t quite tell if she was annoyed or joking. The food was also ridiculously priced. I paid $18 for my son to have a lil burger.. over the top for the amount of food. When we were ordering, she asked what another member of of my party would like. So this guest starts to order and all of a sudden she’s flustered. Oh I didn’t finish the first order. I can read and take orders at the same time. Ok but you asked someone to start ordering. How do they know you are wanting them to slow down unless you say it politely. I wish I’d say I’d bring my family here again as I think the food and purpose is great. But I can’t. Too expensive and servers (at least this one) act sarcastic with customers. Too bad. I won’t be back.
Good place to let the kids play while you eat. Not safe enough for true celiac to eat even if their sides are gluten-free. Cross contamination is likely.
They advertise gluten-free however when you arrive their chips are not gluten-free anything that is fried is fried in the same fryer so cross contamination is an issue. The manager did offer to fire up the a clean fryer which was very kind . If you are going advertise GF then you should have it available
Excellent food and service. The Benedict’s and the ancient grain gluten free pancakes are the best in town, but we haven’t had anything that wasn’t good. Hannah is a fabulous server - friendly and efficient!
Hands down my favorite place to get pasta. They sub in a tender GF penne for you, and the sauces that are GF are clearly marked on the menu. My favorite is the chicken “fettuccine” (in quotes because you will get GF penne instead) with caramelized onions and mushrooms. The bolognese is also excellent!
You can even get a flourless chocolate ganache cake which is delicious! Large enough to share with 2 people easily.
Came here for the gluten-free hamburger buns. We walked in to a COLD restaurant and asked the greeter who is the kitchen manager, to make it warmer. He never did. Then our server came who looked 14 with dread locks hanging in his face, covering his eyes. The music was so loud we couldn't here him speak. He didn't smile. We were lip reading while telling him what we want. I asked him to turn down the music a little. And, the music was obnoxious.....not pleasant in any way. He never did. Our 4 year old's hands, ears and nose are cold. Can't wait to eat and leave.
I've loved Palio's in the past as a person who has a gluten allergy, but recently we ordered and it was honestly really terrible. It was clear the recipe changed or they use a new gluten free base and it had a horrible texture and the taste was awful, so I feel like I have to give up what used to be really good GF pizza because they decided to change the base likely to save some money. For a pizza that ends up being 20 bucks for a medium, it's not worth it to eat bad pizza.
Very quiet and cozy place! I had their seasonal autumn moon is a must but their blue moon latte is also very good. Always one of my favorite choices when looking to study or read a book outside of home/school. They also offer Gluten free Baked goods so that is a huge plus as someone with celiac!

Velvet Taco staff are awesome! I have Celiac disease, which is a challenge for most restaurants, but the staff helped me in ordering, even correct my wrong order with new tacos. Best tacos & service in Fort Worth!
I ate here a few months ago with a coworker for the first time and was very pleased with their food. They have a gluten free egg free crust and they make your pizza the way you want and they are not stingy with toppings. The price is way better than any other pizza joint. And they don't charge extra for your allergy. They also put your pizza on a special cooking tin and wipe the counter down before making your pizza and change their gloves and cut your pizza with a blade that is designated for gluten free. It's amazing to see them do this for you and you feel special that they treat you and your allergies with respect. LOVE TIS PLACE. Will be going back for sure
Great food and knowledgeable staff. Every server was willing to work with us to help my Celiac son find something he could enjoy. They have gluten free bread for toast. The chips and potatoes aren’t gluten free because they only have one fryer. They do have GF tortillas that they can sub for quite a few items. They advertise a GF bun for the hamburger but it’s the same bread slices they use for toast and the burger is so juicy it makes the bread fall apart, which my son hates, so I recommend just getting the burger without a bun or wrapped in lettuce. Otherwise everything was amazing and we felt very safe/confident eating here.
So disappointed with this joint- I have a severe gluten free allergy and asked to ensure the burger/patty I ordered was gluten free. I ordered via a person instead of a machine to ensure I double checked.
When the burger arrived I noticed shallots covered in breadcrumbs. I took them out and ate the burger.
I went up to complain and they said the shallots were covered in breadcrumbs. I then asked if I could have the veggie burger again without the shallots. I also asked again for the 3rd time whether the patty was fine and was told it was.
I then sat down and waited for the burger again. Someone then came and said the veggie burger itself wasn’t gluten free- so I had just eaten a quarter of a patty which was not gluten free. I then ordered a cheesburger- when it arrived I confirmed again it was gluten free. Upon eating my husband said the bun wasn’t gluten free- I had take a bite already.
Unfortunately I had to then walk to the nearest hotel and was sick in the toilets with significant stomach pain. I had booked a rodeo for that evening which we had to cancel.
For a chain restaurant I am so utterly disgusted with this. I was just apologised to. That isn’t enough to manage the after effects, as well as not being able to make the rodeo which we paid so much money for.
I wish I was able to just get a full refund of this meal including the tip- it was not worth it.
We loved our experience here! The manager and waitress took the time to explain the process of the fermented sourdough since I’m gluten intolerant (but tolerate fermented sourdough). I was able to eat the pizza and it tasted phenomenal! Loved the atmosphere, food, & friendliness of the staff.
Went there for a special occasion and had a couple of freebies we wanted to cash in on. Overall food was decent except when they tried to seat us by the washrooms when the place was barely 20% full and it was already peak dinner hr. Anyways food came and dont get the salad. its an unappetizing shade of brown. Mongolian beef was great expect the regular MB at full price compared to their current special (free shared appetizer and sald/soup) at 20$ was identical when it came out. Kinda felt cheated there. Then came our desserts. The choc souffle was more like a dense brownie with some ice cream. Maybe it was the gluten/dairy/taste free version? It was disappointing. The choc cake and tempura bananas was quite delicious though and with some ice cream on those bananas, i would get that every time.
We went here for a team lunch and sat on the patio. It was beautiful! I was truly impressed by everything at Quince. The atmosphere, the food, the service. Our waiter Gabe was A+! Plus, they had several gluten-free options. I will be back with my husband for more of this perfect patio weather.
I am gluten-free with celiac disease anytime I’ve told them I need a gluten-free salad of any sort. They immediately change their gloves and wash their hands and then typically only one person handles my food. So for the most part it’s been really great. All the workers have always been polite. Every time we have gone and we have gone multiple occasions, I have never had any issues. Some of the items are a little pricey like the tacos. The fact that you only get two tacos for the price you do is a little excessive when you can go to another restaurant and get at least three for around the same price. Other than that, I have no issues
I have avoided Rise for YEARS because the location in Dallas said that they didn't cater to those that are gluten free. But when a friend really wanted to go there for lunch, I had just planned to grab a salad. But when speaking with the waiter he mentioned a whole gluten free menu!!! MOST of their souffles can be made gluten free now. And OMG they are scrumptious!!! I will most definitely be back. I have so much to choose from
This was a fun place to eat breakfast with my wife and daughter. The atmosphere is pleasant. It is on the Trinity river with bright sun on the patio in the morning, which is fun. The service was good. My coffee came in a to go cup. I would have preferred a mug, but to be fair I didn’t ask for a mug. There was no fish on the menu, which is a downside. I enjoy smoked salmon for breakfast and would have enjoyed that. Otherwise the menu is quite diverse with many gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian options. The coffee menu is broad and I would like to go back and try more. They have a coffee shop in addition to a sit down restaurant for dining in. I simply had a black coffee and it was great. I had the veggie omelette with potatoes and it was good. We will be back.
Favorite coffee shop to work at in all of Fort Worth. Peaceful atmosphere - one of the best Matchas in town. Friendly staff! and TONS of Gluten Free options.
Fantastic restaurant! Shared the veggie fajitas and they were bonkers delicious. Definitely big enough portions to share. Service was super prompt and our server Jesús was friendly and attentive. As a vegetarian, I greatly appreciated that they have many vegetarian dishes on the menu, in addition to plenty of gluten free options and a couple of vegan options. Prices are pretty reasonable too. Overall, try this place!! You won’t regret it. Best southwest food I’ve had outside of the southwest.
My servers name was Marielle, had the prettiest smile and was so friendly. Got our food out at a decent time and helped recommend things that accommodated my brother’s gluten allergy. Such friendly customer service!
My wife and I went for lunch, and the managers and service staff were amazing. The gluten free pizza crust is the best I’ve had at any restaurant, and the managers were willing to try frying it for a dessert which turned out amazing. We will be going back.
Food was excellent! Servers were great and we were a large group (about 15 people). Server was also very knowledgeable about gluten free options and recommended some dish modifications to accommodate.
The atmosphere, the level of service, and the food are absolutely on point here each and every time we come in. Every worker is attentive and constantly working to provide the best possible service. The food is fantastic, and they offer many gluten-free options that make it easy for a blended family (gluten allergies and no allergies) to enjoy a nice meal together in one place. The portion sizes are large, and we had plenty to take home. We never had to request a drink refill, plates to be taken away, or anything else, only the check at the end. This has become our new weekend spot, and we can't wait to return.
Amazing authentic central Mexican food. Gluten free & dairy free options. Server was very knowledgeable about gluten free & dairy free items and was helpful with our food allergies.
Cute and comfortable shop. I enjoyed a chai latte and Bobo muffin bar. My friend had the ginger turmeric tea and a baked muffin. I am on a restricted diet (gluten free) and found many available choices. I look forward to visiting again when I am in the area!
