All items on the menu that contain gluten have a small (a) next to them indicating gluten. They can however modify dishes, for example I got a fish dish and they baked it instead of frying and substituted potatoes instead of the barley risotto. I did have a celiac translation card with me, which was very helpful for them to understand my needs. There is a beautiful view by the water on the outside patio.

The first question was whether we wanted to eat and were then allowed to enter. Probably logical for this location on the bridge. The allergens are indicated on the menu. There are gluten-free options. It's a shame that they serve bread (not gluten-free) with the soup if you order gf. Not okay in terms of food waste. The soup was very tasty and the salad a lot.
