We visited this restaurant on a trip to the Odenwald. We chose it for lunch because gluten-free options are advertised on the homepage. Unfortunately, we arrived and there were only the "standard" dishes to choose from, which are either gluten-free. Unfortunately, it's a bit misleading, especially if you choose the restaurant specifically for that reason. Maybe write on the homepage that this is only on request and not always possible. The food was okay, value for money a little expensive but very rustic atmosphere and nice terrace. We were warmly welcomed with our dog.

For a father of children with celiac disease, this restaurant in the Odenwald is a real asset. Our children were very happy to eat a breaded gluten-free schnitzel in the restaurant. I can only recommend you to drive 50 km from Darmstadt to the Odenwald and try the restaurant. It's great that they offer so many dishes gluten-free. And the other food was just great too!
