Gator's Dockside Highland City

Only -1 star for Service (more details below): Food was great!! We got the Alfredo w/ Shrimp, Fish Tacos, and the Sweet and Spicy Jalapeño Burger! All wonderful. Prices were also pretty good for 4 people:) Sadly we think they may have been low staffed so we will give them the benefit of the doubt there. Asked for Mac n cheese side w/ the burger- it didn’t come. Asked the server to bring some out & she must have forgot bc it also didn’t come. When we were almost finished eating we asked a second time & the Mac n Cheese came (tasted great!) One of the people in our group has a SEVERE EGG ALERGY. When we asked to see a menu or list of allergens in food (bc most restaurants have that) we were given a Gluten-free menu. This had absolutely nothing to do with eggs & even had items listed that would have contained egg (ie. Caesar dressing) so if somebody didn’t know better, that’s actually pretty dangerous. We just played it safe and made a decision on our own. Still a guessing game with allergies though! Overall, it was great food!
