As soon as we walked into the restaurant we were seated next to this on the window— then we were brought out a gluten free pizza with ice cubes on top of it and went to grab a piece of pizza after we took the ice cubes off and there was soda dripping off of our pizza. Once they finally brought out our pizzas they were all barely warm. -10/10 experience that I wouldn’t recommend for anyone.
A little pricey but well worth it!!! Absolutely delicious!!! Hands down...best burgers in Florida!!! They also have gluten free choices on the menu! ❤️❤️❤️
Passing through the area and relied on Google reviews for this one. Google reviews hit it right. Ordered 3 pies, 1 gluten free and garlic knots. Food was delicious and generous in toppings, garlic knots deliciously garlicky; service friendly and location offered outdoor dining on a beautiful quaint street. We took to go but really nice location. Definitely go id craving pizza, you will enjoy.

Nice locally fresh sandwiches, soups, and some other options. Gluten free bread for sandwiches and desserts are options to for those that need it. Polite staff and quaint setting in downtown Lakeland.
This place was way better then you can imagine. 1st time trying out ax throwing and it was so much fun! Service was amazing! Andy checked us in, he was so nice and knowledgeable and informed us and gave us options. You can eat and drink while ax throwing we decided to grab a drink and eat after we were done playing. Sunshine was our ax expert he took great care of us. He is such a great coach! He definitely made our experience more fun! Cat was our server and took care of us the whole time. She is a total sweetheart! She came around often to check on us, she was happy to help us with gluten free options, service was fast and food was great! Overall was an excellent experience!

We recently moved to Lakeland and decided to check this place out randomly. We had a reservation and only waited a few minutes. Ambiance is nice. You can go casual or business casual and that was the mix in terms of dress attire. Our waitress Lindsay C was absolutely amazing. Attentive, gave solid recommendations since we had never been there before and just was so pleasant to chat with. Three people at the table got the chimichurri steak - everyone loved it. Even my wife had two pieces come out on the plate cooked medium rare to perfection. I got the Hawaiian ribeye and this piece of meat was one of the most tender and flavorful pieces I have ever ate so much so that I could cut the meat with a fork if I really wanted to..it was that tender. This is saying a lot because I have been to every high end steakhouse imaginable for business. We had one person with celiac who needs to be gluten free and everything was met with great detail and attention to ensure his meal was taken care of. If you are looking for an exceptional place to eat with great ambiance and amazing servers this is it!!! Lindsay C you were incredible and we will definitely be back!!

People ask why would my family drive close to an hour to get take-out from Southside Black & Brew? Simple ... the salads are gourmet - so tasty, huge and fresh, and the beverages and pastries - gluten-free or not - always top shelf. Only have had friendly and positive vibes here - exceptional and our favorite!
Jersey Mikes is usually really good when it comes to a gluten free sandwich. Since I have celiac, it’s hard to find places with good gluten free food. That being said, I got a gluten free sub this weekend and it was actually awful. The gluten free bread was completely stale and the taste overpowered the rest of the sandwich. Not that there was much to overpower since whoever made it hardly put any of the toppings I wanted on it at all. I had to pay $10 for a regular and it completely ruined my dinner.
The staff at the sandwich shop were extremely friendly and engaged with us during the sandwich-making process. The store was also clean and well-maintained, which is always a positive sight. We were particularly grateful that they were accommodating when my husband requested a gluten-free sandwich, as they made no complaints or objections.
Our server, her name was Mckenzi, was very interactive with my little sister, and very helpful and patient with us, as my brother has a gluten allergy and it’s hard to order for him. The overall food was delicious and I’m glad that we went here.

Whenever we are in Lakeland we always order the Teriyaki Bowls for our family, as our daughters cannot have wheat or dairy. So it is always nice to treat them to something where you don't have to worry about the allergens or bland flavors.
Our food was delicious, well portioned, and consistent every time.
The staff is always so friendly, Joshua is the person who let me know that all of the original teriyaki is gluten free, as I always used to add this to the notes, and he pointed out a few months ago that there was no need to do that as the sauce is safe.
I appreciate the love that goes into the customer service as it is always nice to be greeted by kind people who enjoy working with the public.
The smells coming from this pizza shop were just amazing. I knew it would be awesome. I often choose gluten free, and they have gluten free options in their pizza and subs. They have 10 and fourteen inch rice crusts and ten inch cauliflower. So many places only have a small, single option in gluten free. I was quite pleased. Everything tastes quite fresh and is excellent quality. They also have wings and many other pizza options. Good people. Lots to return for. Happy customer.
Wow! The flavor of this soup was insane. The coolest part is that you can pick ANY entree, and they'll swap the entire thing out to be gluten-free. Some dishes will change more than others with the swap, but they all sound amazing. I forget what I ordered, but the egg, the noodles, flavor, everything was absolute fire. Chloe served me, and she was very helpful and kind. Sabu is located inside the Joinery in Lakeland- an excellent place to have a meal. I did "work from home" there for a while, and it went well. The bowl was close to $20 when its all said and done.. kinda expensive but super delicious. Id definitely eat here again.
Terrible service, terrible food , they don't take allergies seriously. Never saw a manger like i was told I would after being sent gluten after I ordered off the gluten menu and accidentally ate a part of it . Don't bother going if you have an allergy. Still had to pay $70 for two drinks and one roll and obviously I left angry and hungry .
First time at the Joinery with my Dad & this was the best gluten free option. Everyone was pleasant & helpful. Dad had the Brisket sandwich with beef tallow fries. I had the beef brisket with a double side collard greens. The mustard BBQ was yummy.

Delicious and unique coffee choices. The seating is comfortable and eclectic. I especially love the house made granola bar, bonus that it's gluten free. It's the perfect little neighborhood coffee shop!
The staff was polite and kind but we didn't see our waitress often. They weren't incredibly busy. We waited for our food for over an hour. The food was good, though. Gluten-free options are available.
Excellent food, friendly and fast service, and the restaurant has a a nice relaxing atmosphere. They even have a gluten-free menu. And it's good! Highly recommend!
As the name suggest, very fresh food, delicious with a ton of ways to customize your food. Specifically really nice for allergies or other sensitivities like dairy free or gluten free. Highly recommended and I hope they bring one of these to Tallahassee where I live!
Really impressed. Friendly staff and they stayed on top of our table's needs the entire time. The menu was great, many options and many ways to tweak certain items to fit certain diet needs. Our table had meat free, dairy free and gluten free needs and all 3 were met, easily and without a fuss.
We celebrated a bachelorette party at Tea Largo with pottery painting, coffee, and treats. The coffee and food are amazing here - especially for anyone who is gluten free! It was so good it even called for a second visit while we were in town for the wedding. We enjoyed pottery painting too, but wish there were more neutral options of pottery pieces to pick from. There are many themed figurines with few plain dish options available. Overall a good experience and would recommend!
The Juice Box is a great place to get fresh fruit smoothies, juices, and health 'shots.' Potent and packed with vitamins. They are literally medicinal, yet delicious. What's not to love? They have all kinds of fun food choices too, both vegan and gluten free. Right up my alley. Destiny served me and I felt listened to and appreciated for my business. She is funny and entertaining too!! What a great addition to your team.
I so love the Big Bowls here! And I am picky and try to go dairy free and gluten free as much as possible. They have a kind of Cajun style rice and beans that is just bursting with flavor, but not too spicy, as good as I have ever had. I get with grilled chicken, grilled peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Love the flavors and always feel great after eating. Can get really busy on weekends late especially near bar close. So you might have to wait, but so worth it.
This ice cream shop has more ice cream flavors to choose from than I can recall ever seeing before, and they have some really unique, delicious flavors! They also have a classic banana split and can make milkshakes and ice cream sodas (a whole list of flavors!) along with various toppings. They also have allergy friendly options including a gluten-free cone, dairy-free milkshakes and ice creams as well as sugar free ice cream. We will definitely be back!

From the warm welcome, to the service we were provided throughout our first visit was really remarkable. It's the small things.
I feel terrible that I did not catch her name, but, the girl that helped us was amazing and went through dietary restrictions so easily because I am gluten free.
I am so thankful she was there and we 100% already fell in love with this place. Thank you for the visit and we will be back for sure.

Food was great!! We got the Alfredo w/ Shrimp, Fish Tacos, and the Sweet and Spicy Jalapeño Burger! All wonderful.
Prices were also pretty good for 4 people:)
Sadly we think they may have been low staffed so we will give them the benefit of the doubt there.
Asked for Mac n cheese side w/ the burger- it didn’t come. Asked the server to bring some out & she must have forgot bc it also didn’t come. When we were almost finished eating we asked a second time & the Mac n Cheese came (tasted great!)
One of the people in our group has a SEVERE EGG ALERGY. When we asked to see a menu or list of allergens in food (bc most restaurants have that) we were given a Gluten-free menu. This had absolutely nothing to do with eggs & even had items listed that would have contained egg (ie. Caesar dressing) so if somebody didn’t know better, that’s actually pretty dangerous. We just played it safe and made a decision on our own. Still a guessing game with allergies though!

I recently had the privilege of hosting a bridal shower at Smiths American Tavern, and I cannot say enough about the exceptional experience. From start to finish, the service, food, and drinks were top-notch. The staff was attentive and accommodating, ensuring that every detail was perfect.
The game simulators were a huge hit, keeping both kids and adults entertained, and the atmosphere was the perfect balance between fun and elegant. But what truly set them apart was their attention to dietary needs—one of our guests has a severe gluten allergy, and their team went above and beyond to ensure that they had something that they were able to eat, and of course, it was delicious!

Awesome food and great service! Love the gluten free options! They have scrumptious calzones bigger than your head! Loving the separate take out section and the fast pizza by the slice options!
