Met my li'l sister here for a sister day and it was pretty perfect. It's a bit bright for us upstairs as there are windows along three walls but downstairs was a bit more den-like, which I liked. The staff were lovely and helpful. I am coeliac so I love a lounge (and spend a fair bit of time in them). It's just nice to know I can reliably eat there, although tbh a more interesting dessert selection would be nice. I am also pescatarian and dairy-free (a.k.a. ruddy awkward!) so I am generally just happy when there is something I can eat. So yeah, it's a lounge, predictable food, predictable (yet eclectic) decor and well trained, helpful staff. Best enjoyed with a sister (unless your sister is horrible, in which case my commiserations).

My friend and I had a great meal here last week. Second visit. Gluten free options are fab However, I think I lost my hearing aid whilst there. It was in a round black box. I have tried calling the gatto numerous times to see if it was found, not once was the phone answered, plus I emailed to ask, again, no reply. I hope they might respond to this šŸ™

Lovely place. Tasty coffee but the gluten free toast was unfortunately tasteless, hard and did not look like toast. It was also incredibly expensive for 2 very small slices. I am sure the meals are much better but we haven't had these yet so can't comment. I just fancied toast with my coffee but I was extremely disappointed. There are much tastier gf breads around.
