Gaucho Urbano - Brazilian Steakhouse

Great food. Price is high, but we'll worth it. We had the Goucho Experience. I am still full 2 hours later. The host told us everything brought to the table was gluten free, including the bread. It did have cheese, so I have to be careful with the dairy portion of my allergies, but still awesome.

We went here for a family meal when we were all in town for a wedding. We did not have reservations, but they were able to quickly seat our party of four. The staff were all very friendly, checking on us consistently, and answering all of our questions. It was our first time visiting this establishment, and our servers were all really helpful and ensured we understood the process. One of our party is allergic to wheat (gluten free) and once informed of that restriction, our server brought us the included allergen list. He was able to eat the majority of the menu and was pleasantly surprised to learn all of their sides are gluten free! The only complaint about the food was that the garlic steak was overly garlicky, but that's purely preference. Multiple times throughout the meal we were talking about how good the food was tasting. We were offered meat promptly and frequently. One of our party chose the chicken, but they were offered fresh food as often as the rest at our table. Overall this was a great experience and we would definitely recommend this place to others. The pricing was what I would consider fair - but make sure you go hungry. This wouldn't be a good place for somebody without a big appetite! We finished our meals with shared desserts and they were FANTASTIC. Truly from start to finish this was a great meal. Definitely recommend.

DO NOT EAT HERE WITH A FOOD ALLERGY!! We were a party of 6, When we were seated, we told the waitress, before we even put in drink order, that we had a member of our group that had a shellfish allergy. They brought us a list of foods that were allergy related, such as dairy, soy, shellfish, gluten, etc. When we asked if anything else on the menu might have shellfish in or near it we were told, no that we would be fine as long as she didn’t eat the shellfish list. Needless to say this was not true and shortly after leaving we had to take our friend to the emergency room. Thankfully she is fine now, but definitely do not eat here with any allergy, they do not take care for cross contamination.
